Agent Fabric Product Demo Launch
Overview
I served as project lead for the MuleSoft Agent Fabric demo video, coordinating script development, demo integration, voiceover production, compliance updates, and animation under a compressed product marketing timeline.
Context & Strategic Stakes
At kickoff, core assets were still evolving. The script was not finalized, demo recordings were housed across restricted platforms, and branding updates were introduced mid-production. Technical phrasing required precision to avoid misrepresenting product capabilities, and compliance updates emerged late in the cycle.
The risk was compounded by dependencies: animation could not begin without storyboard alignment, and demo footage could not be integrated without access resolution. Any bottleneck could delay launch.
What I Led
I sequenced the workflow deliberately — script to storyboard to animation — to reduce rework risk. I proactively pushed for early access to demo files and decks, troubleshooting repeated permission blocks across Google Docs, Slides, and Figma.
I centralized stakeholder feedback to prevent contradictory revisions and ensured that placeholder visuals were replaced with required click-through demo recordings. I coordinated voiceover casting, incorporated tone adjustments to match product positioning, and integrated updated taglines and wordmarks as branding evolved.
Mid-cycle, I managed compliance updates, including removal of outdated Salesforce references and scrubbing Workday branding from product screens. Each round of edits was consolidated to avoid regression errors across multiple iterations.
I maintained proactive check-ins before stakeholder meetings to confirm delivery readiness and avoid last-minute surprises.
